Program

Open 18.00–23.00

On Museum Night, we invite you to visit our museum dedicated to theatre and music in Tallinn Old Town. The exhibition "Revolving tales of theatre and music" brings you 100 fascinating stories and museum pieces, covering the entire museum building and the medieval Assauwe city wall tower.

At 19.00 there will be a concert of the Tallinn University of Technology Chamber Orchestra in Süda hall.

The Tallinn University of Technology Chamber Orchestra is a musical collective of students and staff of the university. The orchestra performs at school ceremonies and receptions, but also gives concerts in the wider city. The orchestra has collaborated with several choirs and various soloists (Kalamaja Segakoor, all the other music collectives of the university, baritone Atlan Karp, etc.). The orchestra has performed both light music (Naissoo, Oit, Taaniel, Jürjens) and more demanding classical music (Palmer's "Misa a Buenos Aires", Mozart's "Missa Brevis").

Among other pieces, the concert will include Mozart's "Little Night Music", parts of E. Grieg's Holberg Suite, as well as several Estonian folk music arrangements.

Admission with a museum ticket.
