On Museum Night, you can explore the mysterious world of filmmaking, with a great opportunity at the Film Museum's exhibition "Take one". The Film Museum is located in Maarjamäe Palace Park. The exhibition will move through the different stages of film making in the world behind the camera – we learn about the role that the script, sets, editing, lighting and sound plays and we hear the stories of a number of film makers. We jump aboard the film score train, walk on the red carpet to the premier screening and face the critics.
You can also visit the temporary exhibition "Best before: PASSED?!"
How do we think about old people? How are the elderly portrayed in Estonian fi lms? As troublesome old maids and obscene old men, as lonely and distressed oldies, or instead as happy-go-lucky grandmas and grandpas? The exhibition "Best before: PASSED?!" will help answer these questions.
Entrance 1 euro.
