Museum open during operating hours 18:00 - 23:00

Program

On a misty spring evening, the Estonian Museum of Natural History comes to life with a different rhythm – we invite you to listen, notice and experience, because there are voices in the night that you may not notice in the day. Just for this evening, the museum’s courtyard will be filled with nature sounds that invite you to take time off and listen. Can you recognise who or what is making these voices?

18.00-23.00
All exhibition halls on the three floors of the museum are open for visitors. Come and take the opportunity to visit the Estonian Museum of Natural History before it closes its doors in the Old Town on 31 of October and moves to a new museum building in Noblessner. See the latest temporary exhibition in the Old Town museum house, which tells the story of the museum’s development, history and curiosities.

18.00-21.00
A cosy café is open — the perfect place to take a moment, share your impressions, and then dive back into the museum. We offer a selection of sweet and savoury snacks — something light to accompany your coffee or tea.

We invite you one last time to spend your evening at the Estonian Museum of Natural History in the Old Town during International Museum Night!

Accessibility information:

Movement between the three floors is possible only via narrow staircases — there is no elevator or wheelchair lift. The stairs are not accessible for wheelchairs or strollers (these can be left in the courtyard).
