18.00 - 23.00 The museum with the memory gallery is open for individual visits on the 3rd floor of the Estonian Jewish Community Centre. Audio guide in Estonian, English and Russian available.
18.00-20.00 The Bookfolk's Taste Workshops. Jewish palm kebab with hummus will be served. Chef Salmen Šois will present his book about Jewish cuisine and the interesting recipes in it, and talk about Jewish food in more detail. In the 1st floor hall of the Community Centre.
18:00 - 22:30 Meet the stars of the biblical world. Creating your own name from the Jewish alphabet in the lobby of the 1st floor community centre.

22.45 - 24:00 Getting to know the practices of the Bible folk. The "Havdala" ceremony to mark the end of the Sabbath and the separation of everyday life. Ceremony of the end of the Sabbath (Shabbat in Hebrew) or havdala (separation in Hebrew). Shabbat is a weekly holy day of rest in the Jewish calendar, beginning on Friday evening 18 minutes before sunset and ending on Saturday evening with the appearance of at least three stars in the sky. We will gather in the 1st floor hall of the Community Centre for an introduction to the meaning of Shabbat in Judaism and Jewish life, and then proceed to the Tallinn Synagogue for a ceremony and a kosher wine tasting at the end. The ceremony will be conducted by the Chief Abbot of Estonia, Shmuel Kot.
Admission and all events are free. Donations (cash or card) are welcome. A bottle of kosher wine will be given to donors on request.
