All visitors are welcome and welcome to the Coastal Sweden Museum.
In front of the museum there is a hard surface car park. If necessary, you can park right outside the door.
In front of the front door there is a staircase with one step. However, next to it (to the left of the door) there is a wide ramp which can be easily used by wheelchair, scooter or pushchair.
Door thresholds are low. Visitors with special needs can easily access the exhibitions on the ground floor as well as those in the courtyard, the beach fence has a low threshold; there is a beach carpet exhibition on the wall of the house on the side of Sadama Street. The courtyard has a stone pavement and you can enjoy the museum’s courtyard furniture.
There is no inva toilet. However, there are two toilets on the ground floor.
Assistance dogs are welcome at the museum.
