The prison cells are located on the basement level, and access is via stairs, which may make movement with a stroller difficult.
Wheelchair Visitors
Unfortunately, the KGB prison museum is not accessible for wheelchair users, as the entrance is through a steep staircase, and the museum spaces are quite small for maneuvering.

In the KGB prison cells, you can discover the new permanent exhibition “Locked Up Stories: the KGB in Estonia.”
