The therapeutic music of gongs and sound bowls is a special and magical way of restoring the body and mind’s strength and coping with stress. A walk in sound is both a healing meditation and a deeply relaxing retreat. Sound therapy calms and restores the nervous system and fills the whole body with a sense of well-being. The healing effects of the sound frequencies of gongs, gongs, gongs, gongs, gongs and wind chimes on both physical and mental health have been known for thousands of years. The meditative experience of music takes the subconscious mind on a journey through mystical paths and fills it with fresh, restful energy.
We will be lying down on the sound journey, with a warm blanket on top of us, so that we can relax and enjoy the mystery of sound more deeply.
