Program

See the interior and bell tower of the Holy Trinity Church in Paadrema. Learn about the history of the church and details of the renovation.

The Church of the Holy Trinity of Paadrema was built in 1889 according to the drawings of architect K.Nymann. The church was built on land expropriated from Paadrema manor, with a bell tower, a larger bell dome and four onion domed corner towers, made of earthen stones and bricks. The church was declared a national cultural monument in 1998. Both the building itself and the uniquely beautiful ceiling and iconostasis in the interior deserve protection.
