The best stories start with love. Cliché? Well, maybe. But falling in love can be a genie… That’s what happened to us in Tohi. Add a bit of ambition, a bit of guts, and so Tohi Distillery was born, with the aim of making handcrafted gin with a big heart and character.

Pour the gin out of the bottle. So – come on a tour of Tohsi. We are based in Kohila, Rapla County. Find out more and see how and where handmade gin is made. What is distillation, how do blackberries, juniper berries, Sichuan pepper and dozens of other ingredients get into the bottle anyway.
